Terms of Service

01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the RenX Arc platform ("the Platform"), our physical interactive kiosks, or any associated APIs and rendering nodes provided by RenX Architectural Solutions, you agree to be bound by these comprehensive Terms of Service. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity and its affiliates to these Terms. If you do not agree, you are strictly prohibited from using the Platform.

We reserve the right to revise, modify, or update these terms at our sole discretion. Continuous use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

02 User Responsibilities

As an enterprise user or client of the Platform, you represent, warrant, and agree to the following strict operational guidelines:

• You will provide accurate, current, and legally binding information during enterprise registration and billing setup.
• You are fully responsible for the security of your multi-factor authentication (MFA) credentials and any unauthorized access originating from your account.
• You will not upload any raw architectural data, 3D models, textures, or Building Information Modeling (BIM) files that infringe upon any third-party intellectual property, trademark, or patent rights.
• You are strictly prohibited from deploying malicious payloads, stress-testing our rendering nodes, or attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the proprietary RenX Core™ rendering engine.

03 Intellectual Property & 3D Assets

Our platform facilitates the high-fidelity visualization of complex architectural environments. Ownership of assets is strictly demarcated as follows:

04 Payment & Licensing Terms

Access to RenX Arc's cloud-based rendering infrastructure and digital twin hosting is provided on a tiered subscription or per-project licensing basis. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes. Failure to remit payment within 30 days of the invoice date will result in the immediate suspension of hosted visualization links and restriction of access to baked 3D assets.

Enterprise licenses for physical interactive kiosks deployed at sales centers require a separate hardware and software leasing agreement.

05 Confidentiality & NDA

We recognize the highly sensitive nature of unannounced real-estate developments and architectural competition entries. Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding proprietary designs, financial structures, and business operations. RenX Arc automatically applies a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) framework to all uploaded Enterprise projects unless explicitly waived by the client.

06 Service Level Agreement (SLA)

RenX Arc guarantees a 99.9% uptime for cloud-hosted architectural walkthroughs and digital replica platforms. Scheduled maintenance windows for rendering engine upgrades will be communicated at least 48 hours in advance. For physical kiosks, on-site hardware support is provided within 24-48 hours depending on the geographic tier outlined in your Service Order.

07 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall RenX Architectural Solutions, its affiliates, directors, or suppliers be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages. This includes, without limitation, damages for loss of architectural data, delayed municipal approvals, project construction delays, or lost profits arising from the use or inability to use the Platform.

Crucial Disclaimer: RenX Arc visualizations, renders, and digital twins are generated for aesthetic, illustrative, and marketing purposes only. They must absolutely not be used as the sole basis for structural engineering, load-bearing calculations, or municipal safety compliance.

08 Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your enterprise account and access to our rendering nodes immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms of Service (including non-payment or IP infringement). Upon termination, your right to access hosted digital twins will immediately cease, and all active rendering instances will be destroyed.

09 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which RenX Architectural Solutions is headquartered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the federal or local courts located in that jurisdiction.
