Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

RenX Arc ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website, use our architectural technology platform, interact with our interactive kiosks, or utilize our digital twin and BIM integration services.

Please read this privacy policy carefully. If you do not agree with the terms of this privacy policy, please do not access the site or our services. By accessing or using RenX Arc, you agree to the practices described in this comprehensive policy. We ensure that all data handling is compliant with international privacy standards, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).

2. Data Collection

We collect information that you provide directly to us, as well as information automatically collected through your use of our 3D visualization tools, rendering engines, and physical kiosks.

  • Account & Identity Information: Name, professional email address, phone number, firm details, and billing information when you register for an enterprise account.
  • Proprietary Project Data: Architectural models (CAD, Revit, SketchUp), BIM files, blueprints, textures, and design metadata uploaded to our secure servers for rendering and simulation.
  • Technical & Telemetry Data: IP addresses, browser types, operating systems, GPU hardware specifications, and WebGL state data necessary for rendering optimization and dynamic LOD (Level of Detail) scaling.
  • Kiosk & Physical Interaction Data: Touchscreen interaction heatmaps, session durations, and user flow metrics collected from our physical interactive kiosks deployed at sales centers.

3. How We Use Data

The data we collect serves primarily to deliver high-fidelity visualization experiences, maintain platform integrity, and protect your intellectual property.

bolt

Performance Optimization

Utilizing hardware profiles to dynamically adjust real-time raytracing, texture resolution, and low-latency streaming for optimal viewing.

security

IP Protection & Security

Implementing strict access controls to protect proprietary architectural designs and prevent unauthorized access to project builds.

analytics

Service Improvement

Analyzing navigation patterns within large-scale urban models to improve UI/UX, camera pathing, and loading sequences.

support_agent

Client Support

Providing technical assistance, troubleshooting rendering errors, and managing enterprise billing and account communications.

4. Cookies & Tracking

We use essential cookies to maintain session states, user authentication, and environment preferences (e.g., lighting slider states, weather selections) within the 3D viewer. These are strictly necessary for the technical operation of the RenX Coreā„¢ engine.

With your explicit consent, we may also deploy analytical cookies to understand how users navigate through our digital twins. This includes tracking viewpoint duration, interaction rates with material customization menus, and overall engagement metrics. We do not use third-party tracking cookies for targeted advertising purposes.

5. Third-party Sharing

We respect the strict confidentiality of unreleased architectural projects. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information or project data to third parties. We may share information only in the following limited circumstances:

  • Cloud Infrastructure Providers: We utilize trusted third-party cloud services (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud) for secure data storage, asset hosting, and distributed rendering nodes. These providers are bound by strict data processing agreements.
  • Analytics Partners: We may share anonymized, aggregated telemetry data with analytics partners strictly to monitor platform stability, identify rendering bottlenecks, and process crash reports.
  • Legal Authorities: We may disclose your information when required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our intellectual property rights or the safety of our users.

6. Data Security

We implement enterprise-grade encryption (AES-256) for all project assets at rest, and TLS 1.3 for data in transit. Our servers are hosted in Tier 4 data centers equipped with 24/7 physical security, biometric access controls, and redundant power systems.

We conduct regular penetration testing and vulnerability assessments on our 3D rendering infrastructure to ensure complete isolation of client projects. Access to raw BIM files and source models is strictly restricted on a need-to-know basis via Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).

7. Data Retention

We retain your personal information and project data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

Project Archival: Upon completion of a visualization contract, source architectural files (CAD/BIM) are securely purged from our active rendering servers within 30 days. Final rendered outputs and baked digital twin environments are archived in cold storage for a period of 5 years to facilitate future client requests, after which they are permanently deleted.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location (such as under GDPR or CCPA), you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Right to Access: Request a copy of the personal data and project telemetry we hold about you.
  • Right to Rectification: Request correction of any inaccurate or incomplete account information.
  • Right to Erasure ("Right to be Forgotten"): Request the permanent deletion of your account and all associated project data from our active servers.
  • Right to Data Portability: Request the transfer of your final baked 3D assets to another service provider in a structured, commonly used format.

To exercise any of these rights, please contact our Data Protection Officer using the information below. We will respond to all legitimate requests within 30 days.
